As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping a scalable, design-forward architecture while mentoring future tech leaders and collaborating closely with senior leadership. What You’ll Own:
Tech Leadership & Strategy. Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to shape long-term frontend strategy and architectural decisions. Own and drive the frontend roadmap, introducing reusable component libraries and elevating interface consistency across multiple projects.
Mentorship & Code Quality. Set the benchmark for clean, scalable, and maintainable code through regular code reviews and documentation best practices. Coach and support junior developers to elevate team capability and knowledge sharing.
User-Centered Development. Lead product development with a deep focus on end-user experience and intuitive interfaces. Build products that address real-world financial pain points with elegance and empathy.
Pragmatic Execution. Balance long-term vision with short-term delivery, championing incremental improvements while ensuring high standards. Align closely with cross-functional teams to build practical, impactful features in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring To The Table:
6+ Years in Frontend/Product Engineering. Strong experience working with cross-functional product teams and engineers across all levels.
5+ Years in React Ecosystem. Proven expertise using JavaScript frameworks, particularly ReactJS, Redux, Webpack, and modern CSS.
Design-Driven Mindset. You recognize when UI/UX feels “off” and know how to bring consistency and polish.
Engineering Best Practices. Solid grounding in design patterns, unit testing, test-driven development, and scalable architecture.
Collaborative & Independent. You thrive as a Manager of One, self-directed, proactive, and collaborative.
Bonus Points For. Exposure to backend or Node.js, and a strong sense of product design or UX.
Location & Schedule Flexibility
