As Head of Customer Lifecycle Marketing, you’ll lead a high-performing team to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that guide customers through the funnel, driving acquisition, conversion, retention, and long-term loyalty. You’ll collaborate across growth, product, design, and sales to deliver measurable impact, while building scalable strategies powered by data, personalization, and omnichannel engagement.
This is a hybrid leadership role, with flexibility for remote work and a culture that values initiative, innovation, and bold thinking.
What You’ll Own:
Customer Lifecycle Strategy. Design and implement marketing strategies that guide customers from awareness through engagement, conversion, and retention, turning them into long-term advocates.
Revenue Alignment. Partner with Growth, Sales, and Product to ensure lifecycle efforts directly fuel revenue goals.
Omnichannel Campaigns. Lead campaigns across email, SMS, push, app, and web, using automation tools to deliver personalized and scalable experiences.
Funnel Optimization. Leverage data, A/B testing, and insights to continuously refine messaging, creatives, and offers that move customers effectively through the funnel.
Customer Insights. Harness behavioral and transactional data to inform segmentation and personalization strategies.
Team Leadership. Guide and mentor a team of specialists, driving innovation, accountability, and measurable results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with communications, design, and product teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
What You Bring To The Table:
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, or related roles.
Proven track record leading and mentoring marketing teams.
Expertise in automation platforms (e.g., Customer.io, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Tableau) for performance tracking and insight generation.
Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel strategies.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact.
Major plus: experience in fintech, lending, or financial services.
Location & Schedule Flexibility
Hybrid role based in Makati, with flexibility for remote work. Expect a mix of strategy sessions, cross-functional collaboration, and high-impact execution.
