What You’ll Own
Executive Leadership & Growth Strategy – Lead the organization’s expansion into new financial services, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability across lending and other products and services.
Lending & Trade Finance Mastery – Oversee the company’s business lending portfolio, ensuring strong financial performance while driving the development of working capital solutions, cross-border lending, trade facilitation, and receivables financing.
Operational Excellence & Risk Management – Establish best-in-class operational structures, ensuring high-efficiency loan processing, credit risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
Capital Strategy & Investor Relations – Serve as the face of the company to institutional investors, private equity partners, and strategic financiers, leading efforts to secure funding, negotiate deals, and close capital raises.
Fintech & Digital Transformation – Drive the integration of AI, automation, and data intelligence to streamline lending operations and enhance risk analytics.
Market Expansion & Regulatory Navigation – Spearhead expansion strategies, leveraging international licenses and regulatory knowledge to unlock new revenue streams.
Talent & Culture Leadership – Build and mentor a high-caliber executive team, fostering a performance-driven, innovative, and client-centric culture.
What You Bring To The Table
Proven Track Record in Financial Leadership – Experience leading and scaling financial services firms, managing multi-million-dollar lending portfolios, and building successful new financial products.
Expertise in Structured Finance & Trade Finance – Deep understanding of short-tenor business loans, working capital solutions, purchase order financing, and receivables discounting.
Investment & Capital Markets Savvy – Ability to lead fundraising initiatives, engage with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and alternative lenders, and secure both equity and debt funding.
Tech-Forward Leadership in Financial Services – Experience in fintech, digital banking, and data-driven lending models, with a focus on efficiency, automation, and risk intelligence.
Regulatory & Market Expansion Expertise – Familiarity with financial landscapes across Hong Kong, the Philippines, and other key Asian markets, ensuring compliance while maximizing growth opportunities.
Visionary Leadership & Business Expansion – Strategic mindset with the ability to scale operations, enter new markets, and drive high-impact financial innovation.
Location Flexibility
The role offers the dynamic choice of being based in either the Philippines or Hong Kong. Candidates currently residing outside these territories must demonstrate a willingness to relocate to either location to drive the strategic initiatives on the ground.
