With a mission to transform employee financial wellbeing at scale, this organization partners with HR and business leaders to deliver innovative, responsible, and integrated financial services.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle, identifying opportunities, engaging senior executives, and securing new logos that cement the company’s category leadership. You’re not just selling a solution; you’re influencing how organizations invest in employee wellbeing, productivity, and workforce stability.

What You’ll Own:
Pipeline Generation & Opportunity Management
Identify and target high-value enterprise prospects through research, referrals, and market intelligence.
Own the full sales cycle, lead generation, solution positioning, proposals, negotiations, and contract signing.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline while consistently achieving (and exceeding) quota targets.
Client Engagement & Value Positioning
Present compelling value propositions to HR leaders, CFOs, and senior executives.
Lead conversations on workforce financial wellness, payroll-linked solutions, and the ROI of employee-centric benefits.
Build trusted, long-term client relationships grounded in insights, data, and consultative value.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive shifts, and payroll/HR technology developments.
Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Client Success to ensure seamless onboarding and strong client outcomes.
Deliver clear reports and pipeline insights that support forecasting and strategic planning.
Professional Development & Standards
Continuously sharpen your sales, product, and industry expertise through ongoing training.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, client experience, ethics, and compliance.

What You Bring To The Table:
Enterprise Sales Expertise
Proven record in closing B2B or enterprise-level deals.
Strong ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes.
Executive-Level Communication
Confident and credible engaging both modern multinational executives and traditional local leaders.
Skilled presenter, storyteller, and advisor.
Drive, Grit & Ownership
Highly driven, resilient, and proactive, not afraid to initiate conversations and push deals forward.
Coachable and growth-oriented, with a strong hunger to open new logos.
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience selling payroll solutions, payroll services, or payroll software, a significant advantage.
Experience in HR tech, workforce tech, financial wellness, or enterprise SaaS products.
Location & Schedule Flexibility
This is a full-time, remote-first, hybrid-enabled role requiring professionals based in Metro Manila.
You’ll enjoy remote flexibility, but must be comfortable with on-demand in-office collaboration, in-person client meetings, and face-to-face presentations and enterprise engagements.
Being Manila-based ensures agility and strong relationship-building with high-value clients and teams.
