We’ve been exclusively engaged to support the expansion of the B2B sales organization of a leading financial wellness technology company serving top local and multinational enterprises across the Philippines. Built on a mission to improve employee financial health at scale, the company partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to deliver category-defining solutions that directly impact workforce wellbeing and productivity.

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for winning new enterprise business, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging senior decision-makers, and positioning the company as the clear market leader in workforce financial wellness.

What You’ll Own:

Enterprise Pipeline Generation & Deal Ownership

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value enterprise opportunities through targeted prospecting and research.

  • Own the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract signing.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.

  • Executive Engagement & Value Positioning

  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate the company’s value proposition to senior decision-makers.

  • Engage and educate HR leaders, CFOs, and C-level executives on the impact of employee financial wellness and why the company is the category leader.

  • Lead consultative sales conversations that connect client pain points to measurable business outcomes.

Relationship Building & Market Presence

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise stakeholders across local and multinational organizations.

  • Represent the company professionally in high-level discussions, presentations, and negotiations.

  • Maintain long-term relationships to support future expansion and referrals, even post-close.

Market Intelligence & Internal Collaboration

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Prepare clear, data-driven sales reports by collecting and analyzing pipeline and performance information.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, strong client experience, and long-term success after deal closure.

Professional Standards & Continuous Growth

  • Maintain strong professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning, workshops, reading, and networking.

  • Uphold company standards in service quality, ethics, and regulatory compliance.

What You Bring To The Table:

Enterprise Sales Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.

  • Proven track record of closing mid-market to enterprise deals, ideally involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.

  • Demonstrated ability to own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract close.

Executive-Level Selling & Communication

  • Experience engaging and selling to senior decision-makers such as HR Directors, HR VPs, CFOs, COOs, and other C-suite leaders.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate both multinational corporate environments and traditional local organizations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.

Pipeline Management & Sales Discipline

  • Strong experience in pipeline generation, opportunity management, and forecasting.

  • Hands-on experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent) to track deals, activities, and revenue targets.

  • Comfortable working with quotas, KPIs, and performance targets, with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding goals.

Grit, Ownership & Learning Mindset

  • High level of resilience and grit, comfortable with outbound outreach, cold calls, follow-ups, and objection handling.

  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over results and outcomes.

  • Coachable, curious, and committed to continuous improvement in sales techniques, messaging, and market knowledge.

Nice To Have

  • Experience selling payroll solutions, payroll services, or payroll software to enterprise clients.

  • Background in HR technology, financial wellness platforms, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.

  • Experience selling solutions tied to HR, Finance, or Operations functions.

  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler).

  • Experience working with mid to large Philippine enterprises and/or multinational companies operating locally.

Location & Schedule Flexibility

This is a remote-first, hybrid-enabled role designed for professionals based in the Philippines. While you’ll enjoy flexibility, you should be comfortable with client meetings, presentations, and in-person engagements as needed to close enterprise deals.
