As an Account Growth Manager, you’ll take ownership of growing the company’s existing enterprise portfolio, expanding product adoption, deepening strategic partnerships, and driving measurable revenue outcomes. You’re not just renewing accounts; you’re accelerating value creation across a rapidly growing ecosystem of employers and employees.

What You’ll Own:

Relationship Expansion & Partnership Growth

  • Build, own, and strengthen relationships with senior client stakeholders across large local and multinational organizations.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of financial wellness solutions for their workforce.

Upsell, Cross-Sell & Portfolio Expansion

  • Identify, qualify, and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing B2B portfolio.

  • Drive adoption of integrated solutions across employee benefits, digital financial services, payroll-linked offerings, and partner integrations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure proposals, secure approvals, and close expansion deals.

Strategic Account Planning

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies tailored to client goals, usage patterns, and workforce needs.

  • Partner with Relationship Managers to design coordinated account approaches that deepen engagement and strengthen long-term partnerships.

  • Lead contract renewals and negotiations to ensure retention and revenue continuity.

Pipeline, Forecasting & Revenue Ownership

  • Track and forecast opportunities through CRM and internal tools, ensuring accurate visibility into pipeline and performance.

  • Deliver revenue targets, adoption goals, and growth commitments for your assigned portfolio.

Client Health & Experience Management

  • Monitor client usage, adoption patterns, and account health to spot growth openings or risks early.

  • Proactively address client concerns to protect retention, satisfaction, and account stability.

  • Maintain clear documentation, stakeholder maps, and engagement notes across all assigned accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other teams to enable seamless delivery of new initiatives.

  • Drive alignment on solutions, launch plans, and client requirements to ensure a strong end-to-end experience.

What You Bring To The Table:

Growth & Relationship Expertise

  • Strong track record of driving and converting enterprise-level opportunities.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or client-facing roles such as implementation, project management, operations, or product management.

Commercial & Communication Strength

  • Ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders, including multinational executives and traditional local decision-makers.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of navigating high-level discussions and translating needs into effective solutions.

Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to spot patterns, root causes, and high-impact opportunities.

  • Organized, structured, and high-energy, with a strong ownership mindset and a drive to win.

Collaboration & Adaptability

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

  • Comfortable working with diverse teams and clients in dynamic environments.

Location & Schedule Flexibility

This is a remote-first, hybrid-enabled role designed for professionals based in Metro Manila. While you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely, you should be comfortable with regular face-to-face meetings, client visits, and in-office collaboration as needed.
