As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll bridge Product, Marketing, Growth, Success, and Sales, defining positioning, driving go-to-market strategy, and ensuring new products land with clarity, relevance, and scale. You’re not just marketing features, you’re shaping product narratives that improve lives..
📌 Product Impact: You’ll own positioning, messaging, adoption strategy, and launch execution across B2B and B2C audiences, playing a central role in guiding how new solutions reach employers and employees.
This is a full-time, remote-first opportunity open to marketing leaders who want to make meaningful impact in a mission-driven, fast-growing digital environment.
What You’ll Own:
Market Intelligence & Insight Gathering
Lead customer interviews, surveys, and voice-of-customer programs.
Analyze competitors, category dynamics, and emerging financial wellness trends.
Capture insights from won/lost deals with Sales and Product teams.
Map customer segments, motivations, and unmet needs.
Opportunity Assessment & Product Validation
Assess market demand and evaluate commercial potential for new product ideas.
Size markets (TAM/SAM/SOM) and forecast revenue impact.
Clarify value propositions, business benefits, and user problems solved.
Support Product in shaping roadmaps and validating early concepts.
Test prototypes and messaging with target users.
Go-to-Market Planning
Define product positioning, messaging, and pricing direction.
Build the product’s GTM strategy covering both B2B distribution and B2C adoption.
Support the creation of core assets: value props, pitch decks, FAQs, website copy.
Train internal teams across Product, Sales, and Success on new offerings.
Product Launch & B2B Distribution
Coordinate cross-functional launches across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Success.
Strengthen sales enablement with upgraded decks, one-pagers, and objection guides.
Support customer success with implementation materials, FAQs, and configuration guides.
Track early adoption, engagement, and user feedback.
B2C Adoption & Optimization
Partner with lifecycle marketing to refine activation, engagement, and upsell messaging.
Analyze adoption and satisfaction metrics to guide improvements.
Gather ongoing user and internal team feedback.
Share insights with Product & Portfolio to drive feature enhancements.
Product Sunsetting
Create clear, empathetic communication for product retirement.
Work with Sales and CS to manage customer transitions.
Document learnings to enhance future GTM motions.
What You Bring To The Table:
Product Marketing Expertise
6+ years in product marketing, ideally in fintech or digital product environments.
Proven success launching products and driving customer adoption.
Strategic Storytelling
Strong messaging, positioning, and narrative-building skills.
Ability to translate complex products into clear customer value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Experience working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Growth.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize insights into strategy.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Location & Schedule Flexibility
This is a remote-first role, with flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with product and marketing teams across the region.
