We are looking for a results-driven Project-Based Recruitment Consultant to help clients build exceptional teams for specialized projects. As a Talent Scout, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand project needs, source high-quality candidates, and ensure seamless placements. What You’ll Own:

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building – Use creative and effective sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future project-based needs.

  • Client & Candidate Relationship Management – Establish and maintain strong connections with both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience from start to finish.

  • Project-Based Delivery – Work with hiring managers to understand the unique requirements of each project and deliver candidates who are the right fit in both skill and culture.

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Proven Recruitment Expertise – Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly in corporate or specialized hiring. Comfortable managing multiple, fast-moving projects at once.

  • Strategic Sourcing & Screening – Expertise in various sourcing methods and tools to identify, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills – Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly with both candidates and clients. Skilled at negotiating, influencing, and offering transparent feedback.

  • High Adaptability & Independence – Able to thrive in a fast-paced, shifting environment while staying organized and delivering high-quality results.

  • Industry Knowledge (Preferred) – Experience in specific industries (tech, finance, healthcare, etc.) or niche sectors is a plus.

Location & Schedule Flexibility

This is a fully remote, project-based role. You will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have the tools and environment to manage recruitment projects effectively.
