We’ve been exclusively retained to scale the U.S. client acquisition team for a leading offshoring partner, a global pioneer in Build-to-Scale and managed offshore solutions. With a 17-year legacy, a deep delivery network, and proven success across Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare, and Professional Services, this company is transforming how businesses access high-impact talent.
As a Sales & Client Solutions Hunter, you'll drive new logo acquisition in the U.S. market, delivering tailored solutions that empower growing companies to scale smartly through offshoring. You're not just selling seats, you’re building strategic partnerships that unlock operational efficiency and talent excellence.
You’ll report directly to the VP of Sales based in Australia, and collaborate with three U.S.-based peers focused on different parts of the sales funnel.
This is a remote-first / hybrid opportunity for U.S.-based professionals who know how to hustle, close, and build lasting value.
What You’ll Own:
New Logo Acquisition. Proactively hunt and close new SME and mid-market logos, especially across BFSI, Healthcare, and Professional Services. Build a book of business from scratch and fully own it, prospecting to pitch to partnership.
Outbound Strategy & Market Penetration. Execute smart, data-informed outbound campaigns using tools like 6Sense and customized market intel. Prioritize high-potential targets based on strategic fit, with a focus on financial services networks you’ve cultivated.
Consultative Solutioning. Go beyond staffing. Uncover business needs and design solutions that align with broader offshoring goals, whether managed services, Build-to-Scale teams, or hybrid delivery models.
Client-Facing Advisory. Act as a strategic advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders. Champion how offshoring can drive efficiency, enhance talent quality, and unlock scalability, especially in regulated, high-stakes industries like BFSI.
Deal Ownership & Closure. Navigate multi-stakeholder deals and lead negotiations that balance revenue impact with client value. Deliver repeatable wins by matching speed with strategic finesse.
Full-Cycle Ownership with Support. This is an individual contributor role where you’ll own the full sales motion: from outreach through to close, with support from:
Marketing for event coordination
BD Support for proposals and post-sale admin tasks
Cross-Team Collaboration. Work in lockstep with internal teams (Talent Acquisition, Delivery, Account Management) to ensure smooth handovers and a white-glove client onboarding experience.
Brand Advocacy. Be an ambassador for our client’s global delivery strengths and track record. Leverage insights from the field to shape go-to-market messages and continuously evolve positioning.
What You Bring To The Table:
Sales Track Record. 5–10+ years in outbound B2B sales in the BPO, offshoring, or managed services space, with U.S. market experience.
Industry Depth. Proven history of selling into the financial services or healthcare sector is required.
We’re looking for talent-focused sellers who can demonstrate a current and past network of qualified leads, referrals, or closed clients, particularly in BFSI.
Strategic Solutioning. You can run complex consultative sales cycles and tailor offerings that go beyond just headcount.
Offshoring Fluency. Confident in positioning offshore staffing models and navigating procurement and risk concerns.
Tools & Autonomy. Skilled in using CRMs, enablement platforms, and market intel tools like 6Sense, or eager to learn fast.
Self-Driven. You thrive in remote-first teams, manage your own time, and drive outcomes independently.
Location & Schedule Flexibility
This is a remote-first / hybrid role open to professionals based in the United States.
There is a strong preference for candidates located in North America, particularly on the East Coast (Florida, Texas, Chicago, or New York) where many mid-market and enterprise clients are concentrated.
