We’ve been exclusively retained to support the Growth Strategy team of a fast-scaling fintech innovator delivering 360° salary-linked wellness services across the Philippines and India. Our client is transforming how employee benefits promote financial wellness, and they're looking for analytical thinkers who understand marketing levers and business outcomes.

As a Marketing Strategy & Data Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and business strategy. You’ll analyze campaign performance, optimize customer journeys, and surface insights that directly influence revenue, engagement, and growth planning.

What You’ll Own:

  • Campaign Performance & ROI Analysis. Evaluate multi-channel marketing (email, print, digital, events, referrals) to assess performance and optimize ROI. Design A/B tests, interpret results, and guide data-driven improvements across campaign strategy.

  • Customer Journey & Funnel Optimization. Map the full customer lifecycle to pinpoint conversion barriers and retention gaps. Recommend targeted outreach and personalization strategies based on behavioral analytics and funnel performance.

  • Strategic Reporting & Business Insights. Partner with the Growth Director to define KPIs, build executive dashboards, and contribute to quarterly planning with deep, actionable insights that tie back to business objectives.

  • Marketing KPIs & Growth Analytics. Establish performance benchmarks and lead weekly reviews of marketing activity. Promote a data-first culture and ensure marketing decisions are grounded in clear, measurable insights.

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Analytical and Data Interpretation Skills

    • 4+ years in marketing analytics, growth strategy, or business intelligence.

    • Advanced Excel and SQL skills; working knowledge of tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, or Tableau.

    • Experience with A/B testing, attribution modeling, ROI analysis, and customer segmentation.

    • Ability to translate raw data into insights, stories, and strategy recommendations.

  • Marketing Acumen and Commercial Awareness

    • Familiarity with performance marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, etc.).

    • Strong grasp of campaign lifecycles, funnel metrics, and customer acquisition strategies.

    • Able to connect data insights to business outcomes and revenue impact.

  • Stakeholder Communication & Business Partnering

    • Clear communicator with experience building dashboards, reports, and presentations.

    • Ability to influence marketing, product, and sales teams using data-backed recommendations.

    • Comfortable working cross-functionally to define success metrics and improve performance.

  • Bonus Points:

    • Experience in fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or startup environments.

    • Understanding of customer lifetime value, conversion rate optimization, or performance attribution.

    • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
