You’ll be in a unique position to support the joint growth journey of two of the most loved financial services companies in the Philippines: a revolutionary fintech and a trusted digital bank, working together to roll out a payroll solution that empowers organizations and their employees alike.

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you’ll own the full client journey: building trust, driving adoption, uncovering upsell opportunities, and leading technical deployment with payroll or HR/Comp & Ben teams.

This is a hybrid opportunity, with flexibility for remote work outside of client visits and events. You’ll thrive in a culture that values trust, initiative, and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Own:

  • End-to-End Relationship Management. Be the trusted partner for enterprise clients. Manage the full journey from onboarding and deployment to long-term adoption and growth.

  • Upsell & Account Growth. Identify opportunities to expand services within accounts by understanding client needs and translating them into solutions.

  • Deployment & Advocacy. Lead and support the rollout of payroll-linked or HR/Comp & Ben solutions, collaborating closely with client teams to ensure smooth implementation.

  • Client Success & Retention. Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and safeguard long-term loyalty.

  • Collaboration & Process Improvement. Work with internal teams to streamline service delivery and ensure clients get maximum value from the platform.

What You Bring To The Table:

  • [Required] Payroll Relationship Management Experience. You’ve been a Relationship Manager (or similar) in a payroll or HR tech company and are comfortable engaging with payroll teams.

  • Client-Facing Track Record. Strong background in account management, customer success, or client services, ideally with enterprise-level clients.

  • Implementation & Technical Deployment Experience. Hands-on involvement in rolling out payroll or HRIS systems with clients.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills. Able to influence senior stakeholders and explain technical solutions with clarity.

  • Organized, Results-Driven & Adaptable. Thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.

Location & Schedule Flexibility

Hybrid role based in the Philippines. Expect a mix of client visits, industry events, and remote work.
