Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Product Engineer passionate about using AI for product development. You must have a strong foundation in backend engineering, capable of building and integrating frontend systems, backend systems, and operations portals using AI tools.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of adopting an AI-first approach to product development, continually challenging existing workflows and foundational engineering principles, while engaging in rapid experimentation to enhance value delivery to customers.

This is a collaborative culture where you’ll work with state-of-the-art technologies, including Serverless AWS, Java, and Python, within an agile environment focused on shaping products that enhance financial access in emerging markets.
What You’ll Own:
AI-First Adoption: Lead the charge with AI-first adoption, leveraging AI tools and prompt engineering skills to automate work and dramatically improve time-to-value.
Requirements Evolution: Question the requirements to get to the essence of what is actually needed, ensuring the team builds the right things the right way.
End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, prioritize, define, design, build, test, and run. Design systems that satisfy customers and validate assumptions with data-driven insights.
Cloud-Native Innovation: Build and scale innovative enterprise financial products using Java and AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
Startup Mindset: Lead initiatives from concept to deployment, continuously testing, learning, and improving your product with every iteration.
What You Bring To The Table:
10+ Years of Experience: Extensive backend engineering experience, with a heavy focus on Java.
AWS Mastery: Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable, cloud-native architectures (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
AI Proficient: Experience with agentic coding (e.g., Claude Code or other autonomous agents) and a comfort level integrating AI tools into the development workflow.
Product-Obsessed: You live and breathe product thinking, you don’t just generate code; you solve customer problems and drive product success.
System Architecture: Strong experience in defining technical solutions and making high-level design decisions.
Early Adopter: You’ve already experimented with MCP servers and are familiar with prompt/context engineering.
Communication: Fluent in English, with the ability to turn technical jargon into clear ideas for teammates and stakeholders.
Location & Schedule Flexibility:
This is a Hybrid role. We are looking for talent specifically located in:
Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi
India: Delhi
