As a Senior AI-Driven Product Engineer, you will be at the forefront of adopting an AI-first approach. You’ll be building and integrating frontend systems, backend architectures, and customer portals using cutting-edge tools like Claude Code. You are someone who questions the requirements to find the essence of a problem, ensuring we build the right things, the right way, and at lightning speed.

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Senior AI-Driven Product Engineer to lead the charge from concept to deployment. This role bridges the gap between deep backend engineering and visionary product thinking. You will leverage AI tools to automate the mundane, allowing you to focus on high-level system architecture, creative problem-solving, and delivering products that truly resonate with customers.
By embracing an AI-first mindset, you will help the organization pivot quickly, test hypotheses with data-driven insights, and maintain a robust, automated infrastructure.
The Team:
You’ll join a brand-new, AI-first product development team. This is a group of early adopters who live and breathe Product Thinking. The culture is international, innovation-led, and values those who are always open to being wrong in order to learn something new. You’ll work with serverless AWS, AI-augmented engineering, and a tech stack rooted in Java and Python.
What You’ll Own:
AI-First Adoption: Lead the team in leveraging AI tools (Claude Code, autonomous agents) and prompt engineering to automate workflows and accelerate delivery.
End-to-End Ownership: Design, build, test, and run systems. You own the product from the first line of the prompt to the final deployment.
System Architecture: Design and implement scalable system architectures, making high-level design decisions that balance technical debt with business outcomes.
Agile Validation: Move beyond taking orders. Actively interrogate product specs and collaborate with stakeholders to distill requirements down to their essence, allowing for rapid AI-driven prototyping that solves the right problems first.
Rapid Experimentation: Innovate like a startup, continuously testing, learning, and improving products with every iteration.
Leadership & Mentorship: Lead initiatives, conduct code reviews, and act as the go-to expert for AI-driven development workflows.
What You Bring To The Table:
Backend Mastery: 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, proficient in Python or Java.
Leadership Experience: 1+ years leading teams or major projects, with a focus on mentoring and owning delivery.
AI Early Adopter: Proficient with Claude Code (or similar autonomous coding agents). You’ve likely built apps with AI tools and experimented with MCP servers.
Prompt/Context Engineering: Strong skills (or proven self-learning) in crafting high-performance prompts and managing AI context.
Product-Obsessed Mindset: You focus on solving customer problems, not just generating code. You understand the "why" behind the "what."
Architectural Depth: Strong experience in designing system architectures and making critical technical decisions.
Communication: Fluent in English; able to translate complex technical jargon into simple, compelling narratives for stakeholders.
Location & Schedule Flexibility
Primary Hubs: Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi (Vietnam) or Delhi (India).
